Google Analytics and Privacy
This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). To use "Analytics", a site manager must insert an applet (java script) in each page of the site. This applet collects and sends data on each visitor to the site to Google. Google Analytics uses its own cookie to track a visitor's interactions. By using this website, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data by Google. Google uses this data only for the purpose of evaluating your use of the site, compiling reports on the activity of the site to Wellpartnr. The data collected and processed are: the visitor's geographical origin, his IP address, the date of his visit, the duration of his visit, the pages consulted as well as the sequence of pages.
Wellpartnr uses the _anonymizelp feature. It allows website owners to request the anonymisation of the IP addresses of all their visitors within Google Analytics. When IP address-masking is enabled, Google Analytics removes the last byte from the IP address of visitors before using and storing it.
In order to ensure that the use of Google Analytics is compatible with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, including the CNIL's position regarding the cookies used to perform audience measurement, Wellpartnr undertakes to periodically review any changes to the Google Analytics Terms and Conditions and, if applicable, discontinue this tool should such changes affect the fundamental rights and freedoms of users. If you do not want to send information to Google Analytics, download and install this module in your browser, available at: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
If necessary, the user is informed that access to certain services and sections of the site may, in this case, be altered or impossible.

Cookies policy on Wellpartnr website - Last update May 1st 2018
To make the information on this page easier to understand, we have defined the following terms:
Cookie(s) means the trackers downloaded to and/or read on User Equipment, as defined in the What is a Cookie? section below.
Equipment means all types of terminals on which the Sites are published, including computers, tablets and smartphones.
Site(s) means the Website published by Wellpartnr and the mobile versions available on the Equipment, including, where applicable, mobile apps.
User(s) means any person who views the Sites or contributes to the spaces that make up the Sites.
What is a cookie?
The term "Cookie(s)" refers to all the trackers (tracking pixels, bugs, web storage, etc.) downloaded to and/or read, for example, when viewing a website or an advertisement.
A Cookie is therefore information downloaded to the hard drive of the User Equipment by the server of the Site or the app viewed.
The Cookie contains several pieces of data:
the name of the server that downloaded it;
an identifier in the form of a unique number;
possibly an expiry date for the Cookie, etc...
Those informations are sometimes stored on the Equipment in a simple text file that a server accesses to read and record information.
These Cookies may be Wellpartnr Cookies, or Cookies from third-party partners, used in particular to identify Users’ interests and to personalise users' browsing, or they may be social network Cookies, depending on the Site.
Cookies on the Sites
Several types of Cookies are present on the Site. These Cookies are used for the following purposes:
Cookies strictly necessary to ensure that the sites function properly
Cookies used in audience measurement
Social network cookies generated by "Social Network Sharing Buttons”
Cookies strictly necessary to ensure that the sites function properly
These Cookies are strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the Site and browsing the Site. They allow the User to access the main features of the Site.
Cookies used in audience measurement
These Cookies establish the volume of traffic and provide statistics on visits to the Site and to different sections, as well as the on use of the services offered in each section.
These Cookies enable Wellpartnr to improve the functionality and usability of its Site.
Social networking Cookies
The Site offers application buttons to share certain content on the Site through social media platforms.
Some examples are the "Share" or "Like" buttons from social networks.
When the User clicks one of the application buttons, the current page of the social network is displayed. However, even if the User does not click the application buttons available on the Site, social networks that have made these application buttons available are likely to identify the connection data, and navigation on the Sites.
These Cookies are downloaded directly by social networks. As a result, the User's preferences regarding the download of these Cookies must also be indicated to social networks. To this end, Wellpartnr invites Users to consult directly the websites of social networks and their policy of protection of personal data.
Identification Cookies are used in connection with the creation and/or connection to the User's personal space in the merchant's section, including services sold online and accessible from the site. They allow the User to access his or her account and/or space using identifying credentials.
Tracking pixels allow platforms (usually social networks or webmail services: Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.) to characterize the audience of the Wellpartnr.com site by relating it to their own information.
More specifically, these platforms increase their own knowledge of the User by adding data on the User’s interest in the Wellpartnr site. This private data is therefore governed by the terms and conditions of the platforms in question. Like advertising Cookies, tracking pixels make it possible to present the most relevant content and advertisements possible for the User and to measure the performance of targeted advertisements.
Note that tracking pixels allow these platforms to collect information about your browsing behaviour on the Wellpartnr site only if you are simultaneously connected to these platforms (for example, in another tab or if you have chosen the option “Remember me” when connecting to these services).
The User may, at any time, modify his or her wishes concerning the downloading of Cookies by the Site, via a centralised management space for Cookies or via the settings of his or her Internet browser (see section and links at the bottom of the page)
The User may thus allow or refuse the downloading and/ or reading of all or part of the Cookies.
Consent prior to installing Cookies
It is considered that the User has agreed to the downloading of Cookies for the entire Site, if:
In the following cases, it is expressly stated that the User has given his or her consent to downloading all Cookies downloaded by or read on the Site he or she has viewed.
This agreement is only valid for a period of thirteen months from the first download to the Equipment. Once this period has passed, the agreement will be requested again for the use of these Cookies, for each of the Sites consulted.
